REWIND

Automatic machine for packaging with polyethylene film or with bubble wrap.

The REWIND packaging machine, installed before a HORIZON wrapping machine, allows the total protection and closure of the products to be packaged.
Thanks to its independence and versatility, the REWIND is available in stand-alone configurations and can even be combined with shrink ovens and applications other than traditional stretch film wrapping.

The rewind is available in 3 different configurations:
REWIND 1200 for reels with a maximum width of 1200 mm
REWIND 1800 for reels with a maximum width of 1800 mm
REWIND 2200 for reels with a maximum width of 2200 mm

The REWIND packaging machine is equipped with a Teflon bar for welding and cutting both polyethylene and bubble wrap.
The Teflon coating of the bar guarantees a long life and minimum cleaning of the welder.

In the REWIND the film unwinding is motorized. Both the upper and lower film are unwound independently by means of the two respective dancing rollers that operate the two motors regulated by inverters.
This motorized unwinding system allows you to package even the highest and most difficult products.

The upper head of the REWIND is equipped with a lifting device to facilitate loading the reel. This device avoids lifting and handling heavy reels at height, especially when they are made of polyethylene.
