Thanks to the Multiprogram system, the HORIZON-HX machine is designed to work in line or in a stand-alone configuration.
With the electrical cabinet mounted directly on the structure, the machine is equipped as standard with a 7-inch color touch screen display that allows quick understanding of the controls and adjustments.
The input conveyors can be belt or roller or catenary.
The rotating ring is made from solid steel without welding or bending, turned to obtain maximum safety and balance even at high rotation speeds.
The transmission system, as well as the towing wheels and those guiding the rotation are designed for maximum efficiency and silence possible.
The rotation is obtained by a self-braking motor and a high quality inverter.
The film carriage has a friction roller for adjusting the film tension. The film reel is mounted on a snap-type spindle for quick reel changes.
The film clamp and cutting unit is made from a contrast bar, which slides horizontally on self-lubricating sleeves. The drive is obtained by a pneumatic cylinder and has the task of narrowing the film band, clamping it, and cutting the final flap with a cold blade.
The pneumatic entry and exit pressers have the task of keeping the load stable during wrapping.
Each pressure group is composed of PVC-covered idle rollers adjustable in speed and pressure to ensure safe wrapping and packaging.
