The machine detects the weight and dimensions of the pallet and takes one photograph for each side of the pallet both before and after wrapping. For each pallet to be wrapped, there is the possibility of combining the registration with a code, an order number, a customer, a destination or any information useful for shipping. Once the packaging is complete, it will be possible to add all the wrapping data such as cycle duration, program used, number of revolutions, film consumption and more.

The records can then be processed, managed and stored in the company network according to the specific needs of each company.

The Galaxy Full Tracing pallet wrapping machine is equipped with the following devices:

Integrated weighing kit with display and data on modbus tcp/ip via ethernet.
Video / camera with adjustable lens and autofocus.
QR code, 1d and 2d wireless bar code scanner reader.
Pallet size detection system.
Remote connect kit for remote data transmission.
